Dyo 9000 Final Cut Fine Polishing Compound 1 Litre is a professional finishing compound designed to help remove light scratches, swirl marks, holograms and polishing marks while producing a deep, high-gloss finish on automotive paintwork. Its fine cutting characteristics make it particularly suitable for the final stages of paint correction where surface refinement and gloss are the primary objectives.

9000 Final Cut features high-precision one-step polishing technology, combining light defect correction with finishing performance. It can therefore be used as a standalone one-step polish for minor paint defects or as a finishing stage following a more aggressive cutting compound.

The product helps correct minor scratches, swirl marks, holograms, buffer marks and light surface imperfections. This makes it particularly useful for reducing circular swirl marks and holograms that can become highly visible under direct light, especially on dark-coloured automotive paintwork.

One of the main advantages of Final Cut 9000 is its ability to provide deep, high gloss while correcting minor defects. Rather than being designed for aggressive heavy-cut correction, it focuses on refining automotive paintwork and producing a clean, smooth and highly polished final appearance.

Final Cut 9000 can also be used as the second stage after a more aggressive cutting compound. Following a 3000-class heavy cutting compound, it can help remove remaining holograms and fine polishing marks while refining the surface to achieve a higher-quality finish.

Final Cut 9000 can be applied using rotary or orbital/DA polishing machines. It provides particularly effective results with orbital polishing equipment, helping achieve a quick and convenient hologram-free finish. Pad selection, machine type and paint hardness can influence the final balance between cutting performance and gloss.

For finishing applications, an appropriate medium finishing pad can be used. Working in controlled sections helps distribute and process the compound consistently. After polishing, remaining residue can be removed with a clean, soft microfibre cloth to reveal the final high-gloss surface.

An important professional feature of Final Cut 9000 is its silicone-, filler- and ammonia-free formulation. Rather than temporarily masking defects with fillers, the product is designed for genuine polishing and surface correction. Its low-dust characteristics also support cleaner professional polishing applications.

The product can be used for one-step polishing or as the finishing stage of a multi-step professional paint-correction process. For deeper scratches and more severe defects, an appropriate heavy-cut compound should be used first, followed by Final Cut 9000 to refine the surface.

Deep scratches penetrating through the clear coat or paint layers cannot be removed with Final Cut 9000. The product is primarily designed for minor clear-coat defects, swirl marks, holograms and polishing-related imperfections.
